From 1 November 2021, a £5 charge will apply for vehicles dropping off passengers at the designated drop-off zones, located directly outside the terminals. Discounts and exemptions will apply. Free drop-off will be available at the Long Stay car parks.

Changes to entering the UK using EU ID cards

From 1 October 2021, most EU, EEA and Swiss nationals will need to use a valid passport to travel to the UK. ID cards will no longer be accepted as a valid travel document to enter the UK, though some exemptions will apply.

    Transfer to the City:

    Abellio Greater Anglia and East Midlands Trains run rail services to Norwich city, and the Norwich rail station is located in the city centre, which can be accessed by either taxi or bus. Local buses offer a service from Cromer Road, which is within walking distance of the airport, to the city centre. Taxis are also available.

    Car rental:

    Car rental companies operating at the airport include Avis, Hertz and Europcar.

    Facilities:

    Facilities at the airport include foreign exchange, an executive lounge, an airport hotel, first aid facilities, information counter, duty-free shopping, a cafe, and a bar and cafeteria. Note that the airport is a smoke-free zone.

    Parking:

    Short-term parking costs £4.86 per day. Long-term parking costs £4 per day.
