Heathrow offers Fast Track products for both departing (Security) and arriving (Passport Control) passengers to enhance your airport experience.
Select from the available 1-hour windows; this should be no less than 1 hour before your flight.
Once checked in head to the Fast Track entrance in the departures area of your terminal.
You will have received an email containing your booking confirmation. Show this and your boarding card to the officer at the desk, and they will let you into Fast Track.
Availability is limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your place.
When you reach passport control, follow the signs to the Fast Track entrance.
Simply present your booking confirmation and reference number to the host at the Fast Track entry.
You may already be eligible for Fast Track Departures or Arrivals without having to purchase it.
For example, if you're a Heathrow Express Business First ticket holder, frequent flyer or travelling in your airline's premium classes.

Yes, there are no flight or cabin restrictions in place, although some passengers may already be eligible to use Fast Track Security due to their class of travel. Please check with your airline or visit our Fast Track included page for more details.
The Fast Track service through security is only available for departing passengers.
The hours of operation of Fast Track Security are from 06:00 until 21:00. Hourly windows are available starting with the first window being available between 06:00-07:00 and the last window from 20:00-21:00, subject to operational requirements and availability.
If your flight is cancelled, you can amend your booking once you have received details of your new flight, subject to availability. Details of how to do this can be found in your confirmation email.
If you decide not to reschedule your booking and your Fast Track Departures booking has not been used, Heathrow will issue you with a refund, upon receiving from you valid proof of flight cancellation, within 30 days of the date of your cancelled flight.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you can amend your booking (up to 20:00 the day before your booking date) once you have received details of your new flight, subject to availability. If you decide not to reschedule your booking and your Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control booking has not been used, or your flight becomes delayed or cancelled after 20:00 the day before, you may request a refund within 30 days of your cancelled flight and Heathrow will issue you with a refund, upon receiving valid proof of flight cancellation from you. If your flight is delayed, we will endeavour to provide access to Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control, however, this cannot be guaranteed. You may request a refund within 30 days of your delayed flight and Heathrow will issue you with a refund, upon receiving valid proof of flight delay from you.
Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control offers a separate lane to guide you to the entrance to passport control, especially convenient if you don’t have access to E-Gates. Before passengers land at Heathrow Airport, they have the option to pre-book a 1-hour time window, subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control up until an hour before your scheduled arrival time on your day of travel.
When you reach passport control, follow the signs to the Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control entrance where you will be greeted by the Fast Track host. Once your booking is confirmed by the Fast Track host, you will be permitted access to a separate lane within the passport control hall.
This product does not in any way excuse you from the requirements to comply with all legislation and requirements for passport control to enter the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
You can make a booking through Heathrow.com. You can pre-book up to 6 months in advance, and up until an hour before your scheduled time of arrival at Heathrow Airport. Please note you will not be able to book and pay on-site at the Airport.
This service is available to passengers arriving at all Heathrow terminals, including any airline, passport type or cabin class.

If you book Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control and you are also eligible under their airline’s eligibility criteria, no refund will be offered by Heathrow, unless requested by 20:00 on the day before your booking date.

Please check your Junk / spam email folder in case you have not received this. You will need to present this to the Fast Track host in order to gain access to Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control during your booking window.

You can book up to a maximum of 6 people (including both adults and children) in one booking by selecting the required party size, subject to availability. You will receive one email confirmation per party to the email address provided in the booking form. All members of the booking will be required to arrive at the Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control entrance at the same time. You will still be able to access Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control without all passengers on the booking being in attendance, however any passengers who arrive separately will not be given access to Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control.
The charge to book Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control per passenger is £25.00 during off-peak times and £35.00 during peak times. Peak periods vary between terminals and time periods. Infants and children will also require a booking.

Yes, you can cancel or amend your booking up to 20:00 the day before your booking date. You can do this via the Manage my Booking page, or by contacting our customer service team at the following link: https://www.heathrow.com/contact-us
Amendments to booking dates, times, terminal location and passenger numbers are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate a change to your booking, a full refund will be given if requested by you prior to 20:00 the day before your booking date. In the event you want to change from an off-peak time to a peak time, then the price difference will become payable.
You will be required to present your booking confirmation email (including the booking reference number) to the Fast Track host at the Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control hosting desk to verify your purchase. Once you have satisfied these primary checks you will be granted entry into the Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control lanes before being seen by the UK Border Force team. Access to Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control will not be permitted without booking confirmation.

Passengers are advised to book a time slot in line with their airline’s scheduled arrival time into Heathrow. Please ensure your booking allows adequate time for aircraft disembarkation and travel time to the passport control hall.

Important information: All passengers flying out of Heathrow Airport are subject to the same security procedures and regulations. Heathrow recommends that passengers ensure that they have allowed enough time for the usual security and x-ray screening. As a premium experience, customers who have purchased access to Fast Track Security will be given a priority service to ensure that waiting is kept to a minimum. However, we cannot guarantee a maximum or minimum queue length or time. Access to Heathrow’s Fast Track Security is granted through a pre-booked time slot. Whilst Heathrow will endeavour to ensure that all passengers are able to access Fast Track, access may be denied for latecomers. Please remember that it is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they arrive at the departure gate at the published boarding time as stated by the airline. Heathrow Airport is not responsible for any passengers who miss their flight because they did not allow enough time to go through the check-in and security process. Please note all passengers including infants and babies require both an airline ticket and a Fast Track ticket if they want to pass through Fast Track security.
