  • How it works

    1. Collect on Return is a free service available to all departing passengers – no matter where you are travelling to, travel with freedom with Collect on Return.

    2. Shop with Heathrow’s retailers and speak to a sales assistant in store to request Collect on Return. Leave your purchases with us; we will look after them safely and securely and have them ready for you to collect from Heathrow Arrivals upon your return. No need to take all your shopping away with you.

    3. The Collect on Return service is available at all shops in the departure lounge at Heathrow and is available on all items, excluding duty-free alcohol and cigarettes.

    4. Heathrow Rewards members will collect 100 extra points, and Heathrow Rewards Premium members 150 extra points when using our Collect on Return service.

    Get in touch

Contact our Shopping Services team about Collect on Return if you have any questions about the service.

The passenger is required to complete a form in full at the retailer to enable us to operate this service. Once goods have been paid for, Heathrow will hold and store the goods securely until the passenger returns to the airport. The passenger is then required to collect their goods upon their return at the collection point detailed on the form. The passenger must retain the receipt for presentation when collecting the goods. The passenger will also be required to show another form of identification. Goods will be disposed of if they are not collected after 6 months from the planned return travel date or if they are perishable and past their sell-by date. Passengers are restricted to ten purchased items maximum, per retailer store and a maximum of 50 items in total to use this service.
