Heathrow Meet and Assist

Your Heathrow Meet and Assist agent will:

• Meet you at the point of leaving the aircraft
• Guide you through Border Control (Immigration and Customs)
• Assist you to your baggage reclaim carousel
• Escort you through the arrivals hall to your onward mode of transportation

Your Heathrow Meet and Assist agent will:

• Greet you at the kerbside of the Terminal, the Central Bus station, at the London Underground or Heathrow Express exit points
• Assist with your baggage formalities at check-in and with VAT Reclaim if required
• Escort you through security and help you make the most of your time in the departure lounge whether it be dining, shopping or relaxing in one of the independent/airline lounges (if eligible)
• Guide you to your departure gate in time for your flight

Your Heathrow Meet and Assist agent will:

• Meet you at the point of leaving the aircraft
• Guide you through to your connection flight terminal
• Escort you through security if required
• Guide you to your departure gate in time for your connecting flight

If you have some time to enjoy the services in the airport your guide will help you to make the most of your time, whether this be dining, shopping or relaxing in one of the independent/airline lounges (if eligible).
