  1. Download and open the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone
  2. Tap "skills", search for 'Heathrow Airport' and tap 'enable'
  3. Talk to Alexa to find out the status of a flight. Just say “flight”, followed by your flight number. Alexa will confirm the details and tell you the most recent status update for your flight
