The purpose of the Strategic Brief for Heathrow is to set out the high-level aspirations for Heathrow’s future as we develop future business plans and transition to become a three runway airport.

It acts as Heathrow’s brief to colleagues and stakeholders on the nature and aspirations of the airport we wish to construct and operate in order to realise our vision of giving passengers the best airport service in the world.
