Waiting is not permitted on the departure forecourt according to the Heathrow Traffic Regulation Orders. If you are being picked up and you are a Blue Badge holder, the first 2 hours of parking are free of charge in the Long Stay car parks. Please use the call point on exit and state your Blue Badge number and registration to the operator. Only valid for UK and EEA blue badge holders.
There's a dedicated area – the Authorised Vehicle Area (AVA) – where private hire vehicles can wait prior to picking passangers up.
At junction 14 on the M25, take the A3113 exit to Heathrow Airport/Terminal 4 and then follow the relevant signposts to the terminal.
