The Long Stay Car Park for Terminal 5 is on the Northern Perimeter Road next to Business Parking (Terminals 2 and 3). Satnav coordinates for this car park are latitude: +51.47986 longitude: -0.46902.

At the entry barrier your registration will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration and Booking Reference, once the barrier opens you may proceed to the zone indicated.
Use the intercom points at the bus stops to request a pick-up.
Catch a shuttle bus to the airport - they run every 10 minutes to each terminal, and the transfer takes as little as 3 minutes.

Upon your return from your travels, head to Bus Stop 21 outside the terminal on the ground floor of the Arrivals Forecourt. Tell the driver which zone you have parked in. During out of hours periods (23:30 - 04:00) you may need to call to request a transfer on 020 8745 6261.
At the car park proceed to exit, the registration will be recognised opening the barrier. You may need to have your book reference details available in case additional assistance is required.

Members of the public can use the Long Stay car park for two hours free of charge. Re-entry to Heathrow Long Stay parking is prohibited within 24 hours. This facility is not available to private hire and trade vehicles. Upon exit, the barriers will read your ticket or registration number.
Private hire and trade vehicles should use the Authorised Vehicle Area (AVA). This is a dedicated area for private hire vehicles where you can wait for passengers prior to picking up from a short stay car park and meeting at an agreed location within the terminal.
