Both Priority Park & Ride car parks are located on the airport’s Northern Perimeter Road. This makes them easy to reach from both the M4 and M25. Terminal 4 has no Priority Park & Ride.
After the renaming of Business Parking to Priority Park & Ride, road signs may still refer to the old name. Please follow these signs to reach the Park & Ride car park. At the entrance, you will see Priority Park & Ride and Business Parking branding.

Priority Park & Ride and Park & Ride differ in several ways. These include their locations and the time it takes to transfer.
Priority Park & Ride uses regular buses between the car park and terminal in 10 minutes
Priority Park & Ride car parks are also located closer to main roads for extra convenience.
Park & Ride is our cheapest product and is located further away from the terminals. Free transfers by bus run every 15 minutes, with transfers taking as little as 15 minutes. Park & Ride is available in all terminals.
On the day, Priority Park & Ride starts from £47.90 per day, while Park & Ride Parking starts at £46.80 a day. We recommend booking online via the widget at the top of the page to get the best prices.
On arrival at one of our Priority Park & Ride car parks, drive up to the entry gate. If you have pre-booked, the system will read your number plate and print a ticket before you enter the car park.
If you are paying on the day or driving up, press the ticket button. A ticket will be printed before you proceed into the car park. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for help.
Our shuttles are available 24 hours a day. Between 04:00 and 23:00, head to one of the bus stops in the car park to request a pick-up. Outside of these hours, use the intercom at the barrier to request a pick-up. You can also call 020 8745 6261 and state the car park and Bus Stop number.
On your return, transfers to the car park from Terminal 2 leave from Bus Stop 4 on Lane 1 of the Arrivals Forecourt. Terminal 3 pick-up is from Bus Stop 14 outside Arrivals, and Terminal 5 pick-ups take place from Bus Stop 28. During the out-of-hours period (23:30-04:00), please call 020 8745 6261 to request a transfer to the car park.
On exit, if you have pre-booked, drive up to the gates, where your number plate will be read, and the barriers will open. If you are paying on the day, drive up to the barriers, insert your ticket, and pay at the gate.

Transfers for the Priority Park & Ride car parks vary by terminal and car park. From Terminal 5, transfers take as little as 5 minutes, whilst shuttles to Terminals 2 & 3 take from 10 minutes. Transfers operate on an on-demand basis and are available around the clock.
Outside the hours of 23:30 and 04:00, you can call 020 8745 6261 to request a transfer from the car park or the terminal. You can also request a pick-up using the intercom at the barrier.
You can cancel or amend your booking for free up to two hours before your scheduled arrival time.
