1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of the shopping collection service ‘Collect on Return’ (“Collect on Return Service”), which is made available to passengers at Heathrow airport (“Heathrow Airport”) (the “COR Terms”).
1.2 Heathrow Airport Limited is a private limited company registered in England under company number 01991017. Registered office address: The Compass Centre, Nelson Road Hounslow TW6 2GW (“Heathrow”). For the purposes of these COR Terms "we", "our" and "us" refers to "Heathrow". We may perform the Collect on Return Service using third-party contractors.
1.3 These COR Terms should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions for the Heathrow Reserve & Collect website [Terms and Conditions | Heathrow Reserve & Collect] and the Heathrow Returns Promise [Returns Policy | Heathrow].
1.4 These COR Terms refer only to your use of Collect on Return and separate conditions apply to other shopping services made available by Heathrow.
1.5 By using the Collect on Return Service, you are agreeing to these COR Terms. If you do not agree with these COR Terms, then you must not use the Collect on Return Service.
1.6 By agreeing to these COR Terms, you confirm that you are happy for all correspondence and information relating to your reservation requests and/or orders (as applicable) to be provided by email, rather than in paper form. Heathrow reserves the right to communicate with you in paper form where email is unavailable or in addition to email where it deems that to be appropriate.
2.1 The Collect on Return Service is a complementary shopping service offered and operated by Heathrow that allows passengers to collect their purchased product(s) on their return journey to the UK via Heathrow Airport. The Collect on Return Service is made available to passengers travelling through Heathrow Airport that have purchased product(s) from a retailer (“Retailer”) (subject to the exceptions specified in paragraph 2.3) either (i) when visiting the Retailer’s store at Heathrow Airport or (ii) via the Heathrow Reserve & Collect website.
2.2 The Collect on Return Service is available for product(s) which are offered for sale by Retailers at Heathrow Airport through the following channels:
(a) In-Airport Retailer Store Purchases: This option allows you to purchase products from the relevant Retailer’s store(s) “(In-Airport Retailer Store(s))”. For the avoidance of doubt, this is separate to the collection of any products purchased through Reserve & Collect Pay in Advance from an In-Airport Retailer Store.
(b) Reserve & Collect Pay on Collection: This option allows you to reserve products online via the Heathrow Reserve & Collect Website, and to pay for those products when you collect them at an In-Airport Retailer Store. You will be given more details about collection as part of the ordering process on the Heathrow Reserve & Collect Website.
(c) Reserve & Collect Pay in Advance: This option allows you to purchase products from various Retailers online using the Heathrow Reserve & Collect website, and to collect them from a designated collection location at Heathrow Airport which may include an In-Airport Retailer Store, from a Heathrow operated collection point, and/or participating airport lounges – each located in the international departures lounge after you pass through security at Heathrow Airport (each a “Designated Collection Location”).
2.3 The Collect on Return Service is not available for the product(s) listed below (as may be updated by us from time to time):
(a) duty-free alcohol; and
(b) cigarettes.
3.1 The terms that will apply to you will depend on whether you request to use the Collect on Return Service whilst situated (i) at a Designated Collection Location at Heathrow Airport (“In-Airport COR Request”), or (ii) in a location outside of Heathrow Airport (“Off-Airport COR Request”) via remote means.
3.2 We have summarised the applicable terms in the table below.
