1. Description of Come Fly Again Competition

1.1 As part of the airport’s 75th Anniversary, Heathrow is offering passengers a chance to return to flying by entering a competition to win flights from Heathrow airport and Heathrow experiences (the “Competition”).

1.2 The Competition will involve prize awards being granted at three key occasions:
1.2.1  summer ("Competition Stage 1");
1.2.2 October half term ("Competition Stage 2"); and
1.2.3 Christmas ("Competition Stage 3"),
        (each a "Competition Stage").
1.3  At each Competition Stage, three Participants will be selected by a judge (the “Winners”) with one Winner chosen from each of the following categories of entry:
1.3.1 individuals;
1.3.2 couples; and
1.3.3 families.
        (the "Entry Categories")
1.4  Prizes will be provided by the Promoter and will include products and experiences from a number of the airport’s partners including Leon, Gordon Ramsay Plane Food, Fortnum & Mason, Cignpost, Heathrow Express, Heathrow Parking (Meet & Greet), Macallan, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Blue Air and WHSmith (the “Competition Partners”).

2. Promoter's name and address
2.1 The promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (company number 01991017) of The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, TW6 2GW, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

3. How to participate
3.1 Entry is open to any individual who is 18 years of age or over and who holds a valid UK passport, UK biometric residence permit or UK visa (a “Participant”).
3.2 Participants and, in respect of any entries submitted to the Entry Categories for couples or families, their accompanying passengers, will need to be fit to travel at the time of the flight which constitutes part of the Prize.
3.3 Employees of the Promoter and members of their household are not eligible to enter the Competition.
3.4 The Entry Category determines the Prize which will be awarded to a Participant who is selected as a Winner but entry (irrespective of Entry Category) must be made by an individual Participant.
3.5 Participants can enter the Competition by emailing ComeFlyAgain@heathrow.com.
3.6 To enter, Participants must tell Heathrow their story, in 500 words or less:
3.6.1 Where they are looking forward to travelling to (the hometown of a loved one or a destination that means something to them and their loved ones) (a “Chosen Destination”);
3.6.2 Who they would like to be reunited with at their Chosen Destination (this could be a relative or friend who lives overseas or a relative or friend from the UK who they have not seen due to the pandemic);
3.6.3 Why the reunion is so important to them and how it will feel to be reunited and to travel again; and
3.6.4 A photo of the Participant and/or the person/people with whom they want to be reunited (a “Story”).
3.7 Along with their Story, Participants should confirm to Heathrow which Entry Category they are entering.
3.8 Participants agree, by entering the Competition, that they will post about their Come Fly Again experience at Heathrow using the campaign hashtag and handle #ComeFlyAgain #Heathrow @heathrow_airport on their social media channel(s) (if any) if they are selected as a Winner.
3.9 Entry to the Competition is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any Participant for entering or attempting to enter the Competition.
3.10 Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a Participant or any dishonest, misrepresentative or fraudulent conduct will void their entry.
3.11 A Participant must select one Entry Category only and Participants will not be permitted to submit entries to more than one Entry Category. A maximum of one entry per household into the Competition is permitted. Submission of multiple entries by a Participant and/or members of the same household will render all such entries invalid for the duration of the Competition.

4. Start Date and Closing Date
4.1 Entry to the Competition will be open at all times between midnight on 26 July 2021 (the “Start Date”) and midnight on 6 December 2021 (the “Final Closing Date”).
4.2 The closing date for entries for each Competition Stage will be:
4.3.1 Competition Stage 1: midnight on Monday 16 August 2021
4.3.2 Competition Stage 2: midnight on Monday 4 October 2021
4.3.3 Competition Stage 3: midnight on Monday 6 December 2021
         (each a "Closing Date")
4.4 Entries received at any time on or after the Start Date but prior to the Final Closing Date will be valid.  Entries received after a Closing Date for Competition Stage 1 or 2 will not be valid for the relevant Competition Stage but will remain valid for any subsequent Competition Stage.  For the avoidance of doubt, any entries received after the Final Closing Date will not be valid.

5. Selection and notification of the Winner
5.1 At each Competition Stage, Winners will be selected by an independent adjudicator (the “Judge”) from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The full name of the Judge will be made available to Participants upon request. The Judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any Participants.
5.2 Winners will be selected by the Judge on the following award dates:
5.2.1 Competition Stage 1:  Wednesday 18 August 2021;
5.2.2 Competition Stage 2:  Wednesday 6 October 2021; and
5.2.3 Competition Stage 3:  Wednesday 8 December 2021
       (each an “Award Date”).
5.3 At each Award Date, the Judge will select three Winners in total, with one Winner chosen from each Entry Category.
5.4 A Participant will be eligible to win at each Competition Stage after the date of entry unless they have already been selected as a Winner at a previous Competition Stage (for example, if a Participant enters the Competition prior to the Closing Date for Competition Stage 1 and is not selected as a Winner in Competition Stage 1, they may still be selected by the Judge in Competition Stage 2 or Competition Stage 3).
5.5 The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to notify a Winner within 5 business days of the relevant Award Date via an email to the email address used by the Winner to enter the Competition. If a Winner does not respond within 10 business days of the date of the Promoter’s email being sent or if a Winner is unable to accept the Prize or any part thereof (for any reason whatsoever), then an alternative Winner will be selected in accordance with clause 5.1.
