London Underground strike action: 21-24 April

Due to planned strike action, there will be little to no service across all London Underground services, including the Piccadilly line to Heathrow, between 21 and 24 April 2026. 

 

Heathrow Express, Elizabeth line, and local bus services will run as normal on these days. Please plan your journey prior to travelling to Heathrow, and allow for extra time where necessary, as these services will be busier than normal.

  5. For avoidance of doubt, any ther products purchased in the same transaction will not receive double points.
  6. Extra points will be awarded on product(s) value in addition to the base points awarded under the Heathrow Rewards membership. Any additional rewards promotion offered as part of the Heathrow Rewards Premium membership will not be awarded in conjunction with this Extra Points offer.
  7. Double Points Offer available only when completing a purchase at Heathrow in World Duty Free or World of Whiskies.  
  8. Extra Points will be allocated to each qualifying member’s Heathrow Rewards account within 30 days of the qualifying purchase. Where Extra Points do not appear within an account after 30 days, please contact Heathrow Rewards Customer Services.
  9. Where any items which have qualified for this Double Points offer are returned, or via the Heathrow Shopper Promise, the Double Points awarded from the promotion and any base points awarded will be proportionally deducted from the members Heathrow Rewards account.
  10. Heathrow Rewards physical or digital card must be presented at the time of transaction.
