Heathrow and Gusbourne prize draw

Terms and conditions for the Heathrow and Gusbourne prize draw to win a three-bottle case of Gusbourne signature wine worth £165.

1. Promoter

1.1.  The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017. The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”). Please do not send entries to this address.

2. How to Enter

2.1.  The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 00:01 GMT on 31.10.25 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 GMT on 28.11.25 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive). Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.

2.2.  You can enter the Prize Draw in the following ways:

Online: By completing the entry form at  https://www.heathrow.com/at-the-airport/restaurants-a-z/the-vinery/vinery-prize-draw Online entries are free of charge. A valid internet connection is required to enter the Prize Draw.

2.3.  No payment is necessary to enter this promotion online.  

2.4.  By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Eligibility to Enter

3.1.  Entrants must be aged 18 or over.  

3.2.  Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter. 

3.3.  Entrants must have a UK postal address. Entrants must be a UK resident.

3.4.  Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. No automated or duplicate entries will be accepted and any entrant found to be entering more than once may be disqualified from the Prize Draw.

3.5.  No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet.

3.6.  The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant. 

3.7.  All required details must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. Entry cannot be accepted if all required details are not provided, incomplete, illegible or inaccurate.

3.8.    This Prize Draw is not open for entry to employees, contractors or suppliers of Heathrow Airport Limited or of any third party who are connected with the creation or administration of the Prize Draw or their direct families.

 

4. The Prize

4.1.  There will be one (1) prize winner. Entrants are eligible to win (the “Prize”).

The prize consists of:

1 x Blanc de Blancs 2019

1 x Brut Reserve 2021

1 x Rose 2019

4.2.  The prize will be provided by Gusbourne.

4.3.  The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

4.4.  The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being part of the prize.

4.5.  By entering the Prize Draw you accept these T&Cs.

4.6.  The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. A UK residential address is required for delivery of the prize.

4.7.    The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

 

5. Winners

5.1.  The winner will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms and conditions.

5.2.  The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. How to Claim your Prize

6.1.  The winner will be notified by the Promoter by the email address provided on entry within 14 days of the Closing Date.  

6.2.  The Promotor will provide the winner(s) details to Gusbourne to fulfil the prize within 10 working days of receiving a response from the winner.

6.3.  If Prize(s) remain unclaimed by the initial winner 30 days after the winner has been notified, the Promoter will make no further attempts to contact the winner and no further draws will take place.  

6.4.  The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.5.  Where capable of physical delivery, the Prize will be delivered to the winner free of charge to a UK postal address notified by the winner to the Promoter, within a reasonable timescale after the winner claims the Prize.  In all other cases, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to book or obtain their Prize(s).

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1.  The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the Prize to an alternative Prize at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

7.2.  The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Competition.  Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

7.3.  The Promoter does not accept liability for failure of the Prize to arrive at its destination where incorrect contact details have been supplied by a winner.

7.4.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

8. Personal Data

8.1.  By entering this Prize Draw entrants agree that the winner’s name and location may be published on www.heathrow.com in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and county.

8.2.  By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.

8.3.  Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).

8.4.  Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ Personal Data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.

8.5.  Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under clause 8 or request that the amount of personal data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.

8.6.  Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.5 the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s personal data to such regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize(s) has been validly claimed.

 

9. General

9.1.  Entrants should be aware of the following inherent risks related to the Prize(s) and the consumption of alcohol:

(a)      Alcohol should always be consumed in moderation by those who are over 18 years of age.

(b)      The bottles are heavy and extra care should be taken when lifting them;

9.2.    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
