The terms and conditions below relate to the discounts and deals found on the main Heathrow Express page.

Kids travel free: terms and conditions

• Children aged 15 years and under travel free in Express Class when accompanied by a paying adult, or can travel unaccompanied if they have proof of air travel such as a valid flight booking or boarding pass. Photo ID will be required
• Heathrow Express will not take responsibility for children who are travelling alone. Parents/guardians who allow their children to travel unaccompanied do so at their own risk.
• Children aged 15 years and under travel free in Business First only if accompanied by an adult who has bought a Business First ticket. Children cannot travel unaccompanied in Business First.
• There are no restrictions on the number of children who can travel at any one time, with or without an adult.
• A child must still be issued a ticket to travel. A child ticket cannot be purchased on its own online, but it can be purchased alongside an adult ticket. Children travelling alone must get a ticket from a Heathrow Express member of staff, in terminal or at the station
• As of 19th February 2019 Child Oyster cards (5–10 Zip Oyster photocard, 11–15 Zip Oyster photocard, Visitor Oyster or blue Oyster cards with the Young Visitor discount applied) can be used to travel free on Heathrow Express simply by touching in and out when travelling.
• Contactless payment cards or devices cannot be used for Children aged 15 years and under to travel free.

Duo saver: terms and conditions

• The same two adults must travel together at all times, in both directions
• Return ticket is valid for one month from the date of first scan
• Offer applies to Express Saver return tickets only with no upgrade to first class available
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount
• Railcards cannot be used to purchase this offer
• Non refundable
• Available for adult tickets only as children travel free

Group saver: terms and conditions

• The same three or more adults must travel together in Express Class on a single or return journey with this offer
• Offer applies to Off Peak Express Saver Ticket only. Please note that our peak travel hours are Monday - Friday between 06:30 - 09:30am and 16:00 - 19:00. This offer cannot be used for Peak Express Saver Single to travel during these peak times, This offer can only be used on Off Peak Express Saver tickets to travel outside these peak times
