1. Promoter
1.1. The Game machine promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017) The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”). Please do not send entries to this address.
2. How to Play
2.1. The Game machine will be available in the experiential sites of Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 for entry on 29 November 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 27 December 2024 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”)
2.2. The Game machines will be available to play during the following opening hours:
Terminal 2: 06:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT)
Terminal 3: 06:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT)
Terminal 4: 06:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT)
Terminal 5: 06:00 (GMT) to 21:00 (GMT)
2.3. Opening hours are dependent on availability of person(s) to monitor the game activities and may vary.
2.4. Entrants use a joy-stick to manoeuvre a mechanical grabber / claw to grab a ball that contains either a prize, sample or offer from participating brands.
3. Eligibility to Enter
3.1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3.2. Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter.
3.3. Entrants may be required to have access to a UK postal address for some prizes.
3.3.1. Should an entrant who does not reside in the UK or have access to a valid UK postal address win a prize that explicitly requires a UK address, they will be offered a voucher from World Duty Free offering £10 off when spending £150.
3.4. Entrants will have one (1) chance to play, per day.
3.5. Play on the Game machine is free, and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to play the Game.
3.6. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Game.
3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 3.
3.8. The Game macine is not available to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited or of any third party who are connected with the creation or administration of this Prize Draw, or their direct families.
4. The prizes, samples or offers

4.2. Prizes are allocated to grabber machines located in the Terminal that the contributing brand is represented using a random date generator for the Promotional Period. Samples and offers from participating brands are distributed evenly throughout the Promotional Period, to machines located in the Terminal that the contributing brand is represented. Not all brands are available in all Terminals.
4.3. The prizes, samples and offers included in the Game machine are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
4.4. The prizes, samples and offers must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize, sample or offer as stated.
4.5. By playing The Game machine you accept these T&Cs.
4.6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes, samples and offers with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. How to Claim your Prize
5.1. The winners will be notified by the Promoter via a card contained in The Game machine. The onus remains with the winner to collect their prize from the contributing store or restaurant. The responsibility to allow time to collect any prize won remains with the participant. Entrants may be required to have access to a UK postal address for delivery of some prizes.
5.2. In the event that one or more Prizes remains unclaimed, no further uses of The Game machine will take place.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Game machine (including changing the prizes to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Game machine is not capable of being conducted as specified.
6.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for prizes, samples or offers that are lost, damaged, or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of delivery, power or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in The Game machine.
6.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, sample or offer except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Personal Data
7.1. Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).
7.2. Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ Personal Data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/privacy-notice/commercial-services-privacy-notice. (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.
7.3. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under this clause 8 or request that the amount of Personal Data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.
7.4. Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.5, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s Personal Data to such competent regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been validly claimed.
8. General
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
8.2. Entrants should be aware of the following inherent risks related to the Prize(s) and the consumption of alcohol:
(a) Alcohol should always be consumed in moderation and by those who are over 18 years of age;
(b) Sparkling wines can be volatile owing to the build-up of gas, and extra care should be taken when uncorking, including angling the bottle away from the face and eyes.
