1. Promoter
1.1. The prize draw promoter is Heathrow Rewards, Heathrow Airports Limited, The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW.
2. The Prize Draw
2.1. Entrants are eligible to win the full Chapter set (eleven (11) bottles in total) of The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay single cask collection worth over £1000 along with 11 beautifully designed illustrated prints from the Ghost Piper story illustrated by the talented Bolivian visual artist Hugo Cuellar.
2.2. The eleven (11) bottles include:

2.3. The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 08:00 (GMT) on 15 April 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 (GMT) on 14 May 2024 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive).
3. How to Enter
3.1. Entrants will be required to visit the Prize Draw entry page at https://www.heathrow.com/at-the-airport/whisky24/competition and complete their details then click on the submit button to confirm entry. Entry is only available via the Heathrow website and offline entries will not be accepted.
3.2. Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.
4. Eligibility to Enter
4.1. Entrants must be aged 18 and over;
4.2. Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter;
4.3. Entry is limited to residents of the UK only that have a valid UK postal address – this includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland;
4.4. Entrants will be required to enter their first name surname and email address;
4.5. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Submission of duplicate entries will render all previous entries invalid for the duration of the Prize Draw;
4.6. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet;
4.7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 4.
4.8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the Heathrow Prize Draw Terms and Conditions by an entrant.
4.9. All required details must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. Entry cannot be accepted if required details are not provided, incomplete or inaccurate.
4.10. This Prize Draw is not available to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited or any associated agencies, companies or brands that are connected with the creation or administration of this Prize Draw.
5. Conditions of the Prize
5.1. The Prize included in this Prize Draw is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
5.2. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
6. Winners
6.1. The Prize winner will be drawn at random from the eligible entries.
7. How to Claim your Prize
7.1. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. If the Prize is unclaimed by the initial winner fourteen days (14) days after the Closing Date, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the winner. There will be no further correspondence if the winner does not respond to the correspondence from the Promoter.
7.2. Upon the winner responding to the email, the Promoter will send the prize to the winners valid UK postal address provided by the winner
7.3. Any personal data provided by a Participant will remain confidential to the Promotor and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Participant's prior consent, except that the Promotor reserves the right to use the information for the purposes of facilitating the Prize Draw including but not limited to publishing the name of the Winner on its website, as well as providing the Winner’s details to third parties for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw including but not limited to the actual providers of the Prize.
7.4. All personal data provided by a Participant will be used by the Promotor solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw or as otherwise set out/referred to in these Terms and conditions.
7.5. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed, no further draws will take place.
7.6. The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the Prize to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.
8.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw.
9. Personal Data
9.1. By entering this Heathrow Rewards Prize Draw the winner agrees to their name and location being published on the Heathrow website in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and ‘county’ or ‘country’.
9.2. By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.
9.3. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
9.4. Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ personal data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/heathrow-rewards/help-and-support/privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.
9.5. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their personal data under clause 9 or request that the amount of personal data used for the purposes of clause 9 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.
9.6. Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 9, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s personal data to such regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize(s) has been validly claimed.

10. General
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
10.2. Entrants should be aware of the inherent risks related to the Prizes and the consumption of alcohol.
10.2.1. Alcohol should always be consumer in moderation.
