1. Extra Points offer valid from 09:00 AM (UTC) on 23 March 2026 to 17:00 PM (UTC) on 24 April 2026.

2. Extra Points offer is available to all Heathrow Rewards members if they meet the minimum Spend Threshold of £25 at the YO! locations at Heathrow in one transaction and get double Heathrow Rewards points.

3. For avoidance of doubt, Spend Threshold means the value of the total transaction, including after any store discounts or redemptions have been applied.

4. Extra points will be awarded on transactional value in addition to the base points awarded under the Heathrow Rewards membership. Any additional rewards promotion offered as part of the Heathrow Rewards Premium membership will not be awarded in conjunction with this Extra Points offer.

5. Extra Points Offer available only when completing a purchase at Heathrow in the YO! in Terminals 2, 3 and 4. 

6. Extra Points will be allocated to each qualifying member’s Heathrow Rewards account within 30 days of the qualifying purchase. Where Extra Points do not appear within an account after 30 days, please contact Heathrow Rewards Customer Services.

7. Where any items which have qualified for this Extra Points offer are returned, or via the Heathrow Shopper Promise, the Extra Points awarded from the promotion and any base points awarded will be proportionally deducted from the members Heathrow Rewards account.

8. Heathrow Rewards physical or digital card must be presented at the time of transaction.

9. Where a qualifying transaction under this Extra Points offer may also qualify for any other Heathrow Rewards promotional offer, this Extra Points offer shall take precedence.
