My Heathrow Official Heathrow Parking discount Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTION DETAILS
1.1. My Heathrow Parking Discount (the “Promotion”) offers all My Heathrow account holders  a discount when pre-booking Official Heathrow  parking products through a dedicated link.
1.2. Promotion Booking Period: 10:00 GMT on  17 November 2025 to 16:00 GMT on 17 December 2025. Any bookings made after 16:00 GMT on 17 December 2025 will not be eligible for a discount under this Promotion.

2. PROMOTER DETAILS
2.1. The Promoter is HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED (company number 01991017) of The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW, United Kingdom (“Promoter” or “Heathrow”).

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1. This Promotion is available to current and new My Heathrow account holders.
My Heathrow account holders will receive a 5% discount when making an Official Heathrow  Parking booking through the dedicated promotional link.
Heathrow Rewards Premium status holders will receive a 10% discount when making an Official Heathrow  Parking booking through the dedicated promotional link. A “Premium Heathrow Rewards” status holder is a member who spends £750 or more within a calendar year with a Participating Partner (excluding Excluded Outlets and Excluded Products and Services: see Condition 10.1 of Heathrow Rewards Terms and Conditions for details).
For the avoidance of doubt, you can only receive one type of promotional discount and cannot combine them.
3.2. Eligibility is determined automatically depending on Heathrow Rewards status and when making a qualifying booking during the Promotion Booking Period through the dedicated promotional link. For avoidance of doubt, if you achieve Premium Heathrow Rewards status during the campaign period and make a qualifying parking booking, you will be eligible for a 10% discount.

4. HOW TO QUALIFY
4.1. To qualify, you must:
4.1.1. be an eligible My Heathrow account holder (see eligibility requirements above);
4.1.2. make a qualifying parking booking online during the Promotion Booking Period;
4.1.3. use the dedicated links and log in to your My Heathrow account.
4.2. The discount will be shown and applied at the time of booking.

5. DISCOUNT
5.1. All My Heathrow account holders will receive a 5% discount off the original price when making an Official Heathrow Airport Parking booking within the Promotion Booking Period.
5.2. All Heathrow Rewards Premium Status holders will receive a 10% discount off the original price when making an Official Heathrow  Parking product booking within the Promotion Booking Period.
5.3. This Promotion may be combined with other applicable Heathrow Rewards benefits unless explicitly excluded. The Promotion cannot be combined with other Parking discount offers including the Key Workers discount.

6. QUALIFYING PRODUCTS
6.1. This Promotion applies to the following official Heathrow parking products booked online through the Promoter’s platform:

6.2. The Qualifying Products and services may be subject to name changes, rebranding, or facility renaming during or after the Promotion Booking Period. Such changes shall not affect your eligibility or promotional benefits. Your booking remains valid and will qualify for the discount regardless of any name changes to the Qualifying Products or facilities.

7. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
7.1. You may make multiple qualifying bookings during the Promotion Booking Period. The Discount will apply to each qualifying booking made during the Promotion Booking Period. Each qualifying booking can be used at any time within 6 months, and each will receive the discount at time of booking.
7.2. This Promotion applies only to bookings made through the dedicated links provided once logged in to a My Heathrow account. The dedicated links can be found here.
7.3 Tickets purchased at machines are not eligible for this promotion and you must pre-book in order to qualify.
7.4 Bookings made through third-party platforms, travel agents, or reseller sites do not qualify.
7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and exclude any bookings suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to provide this Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, airport operational disruptions, government restrictions, system failures, or other unforeseeable events.

9. PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Participation in this promotion involves the processing of your Heathrow Rewards membership data, booking information, and car park entry records to determine eligibility and award points. Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use your personal data can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at Commercial Services privacy notice.

10. INDEMNITIES AND LIABILITIES
10.1. You acknowledge and accept that the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion and/or revoke your booking at any time by giving notice to you without incurring any liability.
10.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay you suffer as a result of participating in this Promotion.
10.3. You will indemnify the Promoter from and against any losses which the Promoter suffers or incurs as a result of your breach, failure, performance, or negligence under these Terms and Conditions.
10.4. Subject to clauses 10.5 and 10.6, the Promoter shall have no liability to you under these Terms and Conditions.
10.5. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, employees or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be lawfully excluded which occurs as a result of participating in this Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, employees or distributors. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
10.6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude, limit or restrict the ability of either party:
10.6.1 for death or personal injury arising from negligence;
10.6.2 in respect of any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
10.6.3 to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. GENERAL
11.1. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will make the amended Terms and Conditions available to you.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation, or refuse the award of points, to any person in breach of these Terms and Conditions and its decision shall be absolute and final.
11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion with reasonable notice. Qualifying bookings made before the exercise of this right will be honoured.
11.4. If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission.
11.5. Heathrow reserves the right to correct any errors in eligibility determination, booking processing or points allocation.
11.6. This Promotion is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned or shared with any other party.

11.8. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Heathrow Rewards Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement for this Promotion.
11.9. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
