1. Promoter
1.1. The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017) Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW. Please do not send entries to this address.
2. How to Enter
2.1. The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 09:00 on 3 December 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 17:00 on 6 January 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.
2.2. You can enter the Prize Draw by completing the entry form at https://www.heathrow.com/myheathrow/s/gift-bundle. Online entries are free of charge. A valid internet connection is required to enter the Prize Draw.
2.3. Entry is only available via the My Heathrow account website.
2.4. Once you have submitted the entry form, any World Duty Free purchase you make between 3 December and 6 January, where you present your physical or digital Heathrow Rewards card at the till, will automatically generate an additional entry. Only transactions made after the time of your online entry will qualify for additional entries.
2.5. You may enter without making any purchase by submitting the online entry form. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.
2.6. By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility to Enter
3.1. Entry is open to My Heathrow account holders only.
3.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and will be asked to prove their age.
3.3. Entrants must have a UK residential postal address.
3.4. Only one online entry per person is permitted. No automated or duplicate entries will be accepted and any entrant found to be entering more than once may be disqualified from the draw.
3.5. Additional entries will only be generated through World Duty Free purchases between the Opening Date and the Closing Date where the entrant presents their physical or digital Heathrow Rewards card after having completed the online entry form.
3.6. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet.
3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 3.
3.8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the My Heathrow or Heathrow Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions by an entrant.
3.9. All required details must be provided for an entry to be valid.
3.10. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited, Avolta or any third party involved in the creation or administration of the Prize Draw, or their direct families.
4. The Prize
4.1. Five winners will each receive a prize bundle. Bundles will be allocated at random. The contents of each bundle are as follows:

4.2. Prizes are supplied by World Duty Free.
4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
4.4. Winners are responsible for any costs associated with claiming or using the prize that are not expressly stated.
4.5. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
4.6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winners
1.1. The prize winners will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries after the Closing Date.
6. How to Claim Your Prize
6.1. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by the email address linked to their My Heathrow account within 14 days of the Closing Date.
6.2. If a Prize is unclaimed by the initial winner 30 days after the winner has been notified, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the winner. There will be no further correspondence if the winner does not respond to the correspondence from the Promoter within 5 days of the further attempt to contact the winner.
6.3. If one or more Prizes remains unclaimed 5 after the Promoter’s second attempt at contacting the winner, or the winner is ineligible to take up the Prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize(s) to the next entrant(s) in line.
6.4. The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.2. The Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) by courier, free of charge to a UK postal address notified by the winner to the Promoter, within a reasonable timescale after the winner(s) claims the Prize(s).
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the prizes to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.
7.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
7.3. The Promoter does not accept liability for failure of Prize(s) to arrive at their destination where incorrect contact details have been supplied by a winner.
7.4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Personal Data
8.1. By entering, winners agree to the publication of their title, surname and county on Heathrow’s website or social channels.
8.2. By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.
8.3. Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).
8.4. Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ Personal Data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/privacy-notice/commercial-services-privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.
8.5. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under this clause 8 or request that the amount of Personal Data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.
8.6. Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.5, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s Personal Data to such competent regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been validly claimed.
9. General
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.2. Entrants should be aware of the following inherent risks related to the Prize(s) and the consumption of alcohol:
