1.     Promoter
1.1.   The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017) Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”). Please do not send entries to this address.

2.     How to Enter
2.1.   The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 09:00 on 26 November 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 17:00 on 6 January 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.
2.2.   You can enter the Prize Draw by completing the entry form at https://www.heathrow.com/myheathrow/s/. Online entries are free of charge and require a valid internet connection.
2.3.   For those experiencing any accessibility issues or difficulty in entering the Prize Draw on the Heathrow Rewards website, postal entries addressed to: Heathrow Rewards, 3 Manor Court, Dixs Fld, Exeter EX1 1ST and received by the Closing Date will be accepted if the following details are provided:
-        the entrant’s full name;
-        a valid My Heathrow-linked email address; and
-        written consent to participate in the Prize Draw.
2.4.   Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2.5.   By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.     Eligibility to Enter
3.1.   Entry is open to My Heathrow account holders only.
3.2.   Entrants must be aged 18 or over and must prove their age if requested by the Promoter.
3.3.   Entrants must have a UK postal address.
3.4.   Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated or duplicate entries will not be accepted and may result in disqualification.
3.5.   No refund may be claimed for internet or participation costs.
3.6.   The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, based on misconduct or otherwise ineligible.
3.7.   The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the My Heathrow and Heathrow Rewards Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions by an entrant.
3.8.   This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited, Avolta, or any third party who are connected to the creation or administration of the Prize Draw, or their families.

4.     The Prize
4.1.   Entrants are eligible to win one of the following seven (7) prizes, allocated at random.
4.1.1.Nyetimber:
- Afternoon Tea for two (2) at The Savoy, and one (1) bottle of Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage. Winners of this prize must fund their own travel to and from The Savoy.
- One (1) bottle of 1086 by Nyetimber.
- One (1) bottle of Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage.
4.1.2.Gusbourne:
- Estate tour and Lunch for two (2) at the Kent vineyard and one (1) bottle of Blanc de Blancs 2019.
4.1.3.Chapel Down:
- Tour, tasting and lunch for two (2) at the Tenterden vineyard and The Swan Restaurant.
- A trio of Chapel Down sparkling wines (Traveller’s Edition Brut, Traveller’s Edition Rosé and Grand Reserve 2019).
- One magnum of Chapel Down Brut.

4.2.   Experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue and are not exchangeable. Experience prizes do not include travel. UK mainland delivery only. Over 18s only.
4.3.   Product prizes will be delivered to a UK mainland residential address of the winners’ choosing.
4.4.   Prizes are supplied by Chapel Down, Nyetimber, and Gusbourne.
4.5.   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
4.6.   The winner is responsible for any costs associated with claiming or using the prize other than those expressly stated.
4.7.   The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be offered if a winner cannot use the prize.
4.8.   The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.     Winners
5.1.   The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Closing Date.

6.     How to claim your prize
6.1.   The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the Closing Date.
6.2.   If the prize is unclaimed 30 days after notification, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of that attempt, no further correspondence will be entered into.
6.3.   If one or more Prizes remain(s) unclaimed 7 days after the Promoter’s second attempt at contacting the winner, or the winner is ineligible to take up the Prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize(s) to the next entrant in line.
6.4.   The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.5.   Prizes capable of physical delivery will be sent by courier, free of charge, to a UK residential address by the winner to the Promoter, within a reasonable timescale after the winner(s) claims the Prize(s).  In all other cases, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to book or obtain their Prize(s).

7.     Limitation of liability
7.1.   The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the prizes to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.
7.2.   The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
7.3.   The Promoter does not accept liability for failure of Prize(s) to arrive at their destination where incorrect contact details have been supplied by a winner.
7.4.   To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.     Personal data
8.1.   By entering, the winner agrees to their title, surname and county being published on Heathrow’s website or social media.
8.2.   By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.
8.3.   Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).
8.4.   Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ Personal Data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/privacy-notice/commercial-services-privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.
8.5.   Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under this clause 8 or request that the amount of Personal Data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.
8.6.   Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.5, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s Personal Data to such competent regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been validly claimed.

9.     General
9.1.   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9.2.   Entrants should be aware of the following inherent risks related to the Prize(s) and the consumption of alcohol:
9.2.1.Alcohol should always be consumed in moderation and by those who are over 18 years of age];
9.2.2.The bottles are heavy, and extra care should be taken when lifting them;
9.2.3.Sparkling wines can be volatile owing to the build-up of gas, and extra care should be taken when uncorking, including angling the bottle away from the face and eyes.
