A new era of luxury travel.

Heathrow
Experience,

Luxury travel has a new look at Heathrow. The airport’s VIP service has been reimagined as The Windsor by Heathrow, offering guests a private and personal way to start their journey.

The transformation is part of a three-year refurbishment plan. It brings together stylish new spaces, personal service and the privacy The Windsor has long been known for.

A legacy of VIP travel, reimagined

Heathrow’s VIP service has a history stretching back to the 1960s, when it was used by royalty and diplomats. The service later opened to other travellers and has continued to evolve ever since.

Now, The Windsor by Heathrow begins its next chapter, following a £3 million rebrand and refurbishment.

The first phase has brought a new look to its private lounges and entrance atrium. Art also plays a big part in the experience, with works by Banksy and Andy Warhol among those on display. Some pieces are even available to buy.

British photographer Rankin has captured the transformation in a series of images, showcasing the new spaces and their distinctive design.

A different way to travel through Heathrow

The Windsor is designed for guests who want more privacy, comfort and personal service when they travel.

Rather than making their way through the main terminal, guests can relax in a private lounge while The Windsor team takes care of the details. From luggage and airport formalities to the journey to the aircraft, the experience is designed to make travelling through Heathrow feel easy from start to finish.
