Marina Bay is just across town and is where you will find Gardens by the Bay, another must-see green land of fantasy with its creative sculptures and impressive high-tech Supertrees. Known as the culinary hub of Southeast Asia, Singapore is full of exciting tastes and flavours that’ll give your tastebuds an unforgettable treat. There are several fine restaurants to visit when in Singapore, but the many Hawker Centres dotted around the country are a must-try.

These legendary food courts encapsulate Singapore’s culture so perfectly and are one of the best ways to get a real taste of this Southeastern Island. In fact, they were recognised on the 2020 Unesco Representative List of the Intangible Culture Heritage of Humanity for being so central to life in Singapore.

So, enjoy a real taste of Singapore by tucking into some nutty satay or barbeque stingray in one of the many Hawker Centres in the country. It is one of the most fun and cost-effective ways to enjoy your time in Singapore.
