All the answers in one place

If you have a physical or cognitive impairment or are helping someone with a disability, we have specialist colleagues who will welcome you at the airport and support you while you are with us.

The golden rule is to inform your airline, tour operator or travel agent of your particular requirement at the time of booking, or at least 48 hours before your travel.

If you can give us more notice, even better. This way, we can plan your route through the airport and you can also enjoy a bit of shopping.

If you need to eat something, you can order food and drink via the Heathrow Grab app and we’ll pick it up for you on the way to the host point (after security). The Grab app is available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

    Download the app now.

All airlines at Heathrow must accept all assistance dogs for air travel without charge.
