*Heathrow Rewards points conversion to Avios bonus promotion Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTION DETAILS

1.1. The Heathrow Rewards points conversion to Avios 30% bonus promotion (the “Promotion”) offers Heathrow Rewards members the opportunity to convert their Heathrow Rewards points into British Airways Club Avios with a 30% bonus (250 Heathrow Rewards points = 325 Avios) compared to the standard rate (250 Heathrow Rewards points = 250 Avios) (“Bonus Points”).    

1.2. Promotion Conversion Period: 00:01 GMT on 29 October 2025 to 23:59 GMT on 11 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Any conversions made after 23:59 GMT on 11 November 2025 will not be eligible for Bonus Points under this Promotion. 

2. PROMOTER DETAILS

2.1. The Promoter is HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED (company number 01991017) of The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW, United Kingdom (“Promoter” or “Heathrow”). 

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

3.1. This Promotion is available to all members of both Heathrow Rewards and British Airways Club (BAC). 

3.2. Eligibility is determined automatically when you make a qualifying conversion to your BAC Avios account during the Promotion Period.

4. HOW TO QUALIFY

4.1. To qualify, you must: 

4.1.1. be an eligible member of both Heathrow Rewards and BAC member (see eligibility requirements above); 

4.1.2. make a conversion of at least 250 Heathrow Rewards points into BAC Avios during the Promotion Period; 

4.1.3. enter/use valid BAC and Heathrow Rewards membership numbers during the online conversion process.

4.1.4. Bonus Points will be awarded by the BAC up to 30 days after the conversion takes place.

5. BONUS POINTS

5.1. You will receive a 30% bonus on Heathrow Rewards points converted to Avios via the BAC. As part of the Promotion, 250 Heathrow Rewards points will convert to 325 Avios (standard rate is 250 Heathrow Rewards points = 250 Avios). Heathrow Rewards points can only be converted at a minimum of 250 points and in multiples of 250 points. There is a daily maximum of 10,000 points that can be converted in such multiples.

5.2. Bonus Points awarded under this Promotion are subject to the Promoter’s standard Heathrow Rewards expiry rules, which can be found and read here: My Heathrow | Heathrow and the British Airways Club Avios Terms and Conditions.

5.3. Heathrow Rewards or Avios points have no equivalent cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

6.1. You may make multiple conversions during the Promotion Period but you can convert a maximum of 10,000 Heathrow Rewards points to British Airways Avios per day. Bonus Points will apply to each qualifying conversion made during the Promotion Period.

6.2. This Promotion applies only to direct online conversions made on Heathrow Rewards airline partner conversion platform: https://www.heathrow.com/myheathrow/s/heathrow-rewards/convert-points/british-airways

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and exclude any conversions suspected of fraudulent activity. 

7.  FORCE MAJEURE

7.1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to provide this Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, airport operational disruptions, government restrictions, system failures, or other unforeseeable events.  

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. Participation in this Promotion involves the processing of your Heathrow Rewards membership data to determine eligibility and award points.

8.2. By taking part in this Promotion, all eligible Heathrow Rewards members consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their conversion of Heathrow Rewards points to Avios for the purposes of this Promotion, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Promotion.  

8.3. Any Personal Data relating to members will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).

8.4. Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.

8.5. Any member may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under clause 8 or request that the amount of Personal Data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice

9. INDEMNITIES AND LIABILITIES

9.1. You acknowledge and accept that the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion and/or revoke your conversion at any time if in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the conversion is not capable of being conducted as specified. 

9.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay in conversion you suffer for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Promotion. Proof of request for conversion will not be accepted as proof of conversion.. 

9.3. You will indemnify the Promoter from and against any losses which the Promoter suffers or incurs as a result of your breach, failure, performance, or negligence under these Terms and Conditions. 

9.4. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, employees or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be lawfully excluded which occurs as a result of participating in this Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, employees or distributors. Your statutory rights remain reserved. 

9.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude, limit or restrict the liability of either party: 

9.5.1. for death or personal injury arising from negligence; 

9.5.2. in respect of any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or 

9.5.3. to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law. 

10. GENERAL

10.1. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will make the amended Terms and Conditions available to you. 

10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation, or refuse the award of points, to any person in breach of these Terms and Conditions and its decision shall be absolute and final. 

10.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion with reasonable notice. Qualifying conversions made before will be honoured. 

10.4. If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission. 

10.5. Heathrow reserves the right to correct any errors in eligibility determination, conversion processing or points allocation. 

10.6. This Promotion is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned or shared with any other party.

10.8. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Heathrow Rewards Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement for this Promotion.

10.9. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. 

10.10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
