Travelling to Heathrow over Christmas & New Year

On Christmas Day (Thursday 25 December) and Boxing Day (Friday 26 December), there will be no Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line services operating between Central London and Heathrow.

 

Heathrow Express trains will be running between all terminals, departing every 20 minutes.

 

Additionally, there will be no Piccadilly line services from London to Heathrow on Christmas Day, and a limited service will be running on Boxing Day.

 

Special timetables and Sunday services will be in operation across most public transport over the Christmas and New Year period. We recommend planning your journey and allowing for extra time where necessary.

The Heathrow ID Centre operating and appointment hours are:

Monday – Friday            06:00 – 18:00

Saturday                        06:00 – 14:00

Sunday                          Closed

Bank Holidays                Please refer to individual bank holiday opening communications

The Heathrow ID Centre is located in the Central Terminal Area, next to Terminal 3 arrivals and adjacent to Control Post 8 at D’Albiac House. Pay and display car parking is available on site or in the adjacent Short Stay Car Park 1A.  

An appointment may be required for faulty or damaged ID pass replacements.  Please contact us prior to attending and please report to ID Centre Reception upon arrival.

Please contact our Airport Operations Centre on 020 8745 7756 to report any lost or stolen ID passes outside of our working hours.
Please DO NOT contact the Airport Operations Centre for any general ID or application queries.

It is your responsibility to report any such incidents involving lost or stolen ID passes immediately.
