M25 Junction 10-11 Closure: 7-10 & 21-24 March 2025

Due to planned works, the M25 will be shut between Junctions 10 (Wisley Interchange) and 11 (Chertsey) from 9pm on Friday 7 March, until 6am on Monday 10 March. Additionally, a similar closure will also be in effect between 9pm on Friday 21 March, until 6am on Monday 24 March.

A diversion will be in place, however, journeys are expected to take much longer than usual.

Passengers planning to use this part of the M25 should allow for extra time when travelling to Heathrow during this period. For more information, please visit National Highways’ website.

By Heathrow
Concrete is a major contributor to climate change. Globally, it is responsible for about 8% of carbon emissions. Like any airport, Heathrow uses a large volume of concrete, so it is working to achieve the lowest possible levels of ’embodied carbon’.

Not satisfied just with adopting best practice, Heathrow is pushing the boundaries in low carbon concrete, collaborating across the industry to find the most innovative and lowest carbon alternatives to current practice.

Working with the University of Surrey we are moving into testing mode – studying in detail the potential carbon reductions we can achieve – and helping to spread best practice.
