About our team​

The People team are here to make sure that colleagues get the very best experience of working at Heathrow. The team includes Learning & Inclusion; Organisational Effectiveness, Reward; Health, Safety and Wellbeing; Partnering and Engagement; and our Business Support Centre.

We aim to provide colleagues with support from the moment that they start their career at Heathrow and making it a great place to work. To do this, we make sure our colleagues feel empowered, supported and engaged to fulfil their potential and work together to deliver a world class service for our passengers with energy and pride.
