The Heathrow Leadership Group works collaboratively to improve the end-to-end passenger experience at Heathrow. The group comprises the Chief Executives of Heathrow, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, NATS and the CAA, and meets quarterly under the Chairmanship of Thomas Woldbye.
