We no longer provide daily operational data. Daily data was originally set up to provide detailed information during the Operational Freedom Trials that took place from November 2011 to February 2013. It was a transparent way for stakeholders to assess the impacts of the trials for themselves and was never intended to be permanent.
We have been engaging with members of our Noise and Airspace Community Forum and asking them what regular data and information on Heathrow’s operations they find useful. Based on what members told us their priorities are, this year we agreed a set of KPIs and data that will be reported at monthly intervals.
The monthly operational KPI dashboards are provided here as a PDF download. We are continuing to develop and evolve the dashboard format, and we are aiming to make it more interactive in the future.
