Airspace closures in the Middle East

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East and resulting airspace closures in the region, a small number of flights at Heathrow have been cancelled or delayed.

Passengers are advised to check with their airlines for the latest information on their flight.

Heathrow Airport Injunction

On [] February 2025, the High Court granted Heathrow Airport Limited (the “Claimant”) an injunction preventing anyone from obstructing the Claimant from entering onto the ‘Works Site’ as is shown edged orange on the attached plan at Schedule 2 of the Injunction Order or otherwise preventing the Claimant from carrying out the ’Permanent Repair’ as defined in the Particulars of Claim.

Anyone breaching the injunction might be imprisoned for up to two years, fined and/or have their assets seized for contempt of court.
