Contact Heathrow as a Whistle Blower

Heathrow is a committed signatory of the Fair Payment Code (FPC), previously known as the Prompt Payment Code. The FPC promotes best practices in payment performance, and Heathrow pledges to:

  • Pay suppliers on time,
  • Provide clear payment guidance,
  • Support prompt payments to SMEs within our supply chain.

We are committed to ensuring that fair payment terms and cash flow are cascaded throughout our wider supply chains. Where a supplier is not directly procured by Heathrow, we seek assurance that they are not on less favourable terms than a tier-1 supplier and that the balance of risk and reward is fair for the works being undertaken.

If you are a tier-2 or tier-3 supplier and believe that a tier-1 supplier is not meeting the obligations of the Fair Payment Code, we encourage you to contact the Portfolio and Supplier Management Team via our dedicated whistleblowing channel: SupplyChainPayments@heathrow.com
