Our Noise Action Plan sets out how we intend to manage and reduce the impact of aircraft noise over a five-year period from 2024-2028.

The Noise Action Plan goes beyond the legal requirements by considering actions which will manage ground and air noise for all those communities affected. It includes comprehensive summaries of noise regulations applicable at Heathrow and our Framework for Noise Management. Over the course of the plan, we have 45 actions and concurrent commitments.

The Supporting Annexes document presents a summary of the outcomes of our previous Noise Action Plan which has been independently audited, the forecasted contours for 2026, our responses to the comments from the public during the 2023 consultation on our draft Noise Action Plan, and other pertinent information to demonstrate transparency on our noise commitments.
