Where to catch buses
Heathrow central bus station is located between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The terminals are a few minutes' walk away and well signposted.
The bus station is open 24 hours a day and the travel centre is open from 06:00 to 22:30. Baggage trolleys are available and there is a lift to the underground level.
Some services call at Hatton Cross, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 (see tfl.gov.uk/modes/buses/ for details).
Picking up and dropping off
Picking up and dropping off is not permitted in the Central Bus Station. Please use the set-down lanes outside the terminals. You may unload on the terminal forecourt but waiting is not permitted. Police and airport staff patrol the forecourts and will ask waiting vehicles to move on.
If you are meeting someone you must use the Short Stay Car Park in Terminal 2 or terminal 3. Waiting is not permitted on the terminal forecourt.
Alternatively you can use the Long Stay Car Park free of charge for up to two hours as an alternative to the Short Stay car park. Please note that re-entry to Long Stay is prohibited within 24 hours.
