ID Centre update
Paper applications cease from 13 January 2016
The new ID Gateway online application system is now live as part of our on-going transformation of Heathrow. The new online procedure is where you now submit all of your ID applications and will ensure our compliance and provide you with an improved customer experience.
As an authorised signatory, you should have received your ID Gateway log in. This lets you go online to complete your applications for full ID passes, landside ID passes, re-issue ID passes, unparking ID passes, reporting of lost or stolen ID passes and temporary ID passes.Please note we will no longer accept paper applications for these applications from the 13 January 2016.
