Terminal Drop-Off Charge

From 1 November 2021, a £5 charge will apply for vehicles dropping off passengers at the designated drop-off zones, located directly outside the terminals. Discounts and exemptions will apply. Free drop-off will be available at the Long Stay car parks.

Changes to entering the UK using EU ID cards

From 1 October 2021, most EU, EEA and Swiss nationals will need to use a valid passport to travel to the UK. ID cards will no longer be accepted as a valid travel document to enter the UK, though some exemptions will apply.

    Location: The airport is located seven miles (11km) southwest of Nantes in Bouguenais.
    Time: GMT +1 (GMT +2 between last Sunday in March and last Sunday in October).
    Transfer to the City:

    Shuttles connect the airport to the city centre every 20 minutes between 6.15am and 11.15pm Monday to Saturday, and every 30 minutes between 7am and 11pm on Sundays and holidays.

    Car rental:

    Car rental offices are located on the esplanade, and include Avis, Budget, Hertz, Europcar, Enterprise, and Sixt.

    Facilities:

    Airport facilities include services for the disabled, information desks, currency exchange, and ATMs. The terminal also offers a variety of shopping and dining options.

    Parking:

    Parking at Nantes Atlantique Airport comes to €4.90 for one hour. One day is charged at €21.80 and rises to between €58.90 and €119.90 for a week, depending on which parking lot is used.
