Terminal Drop-Off Charge

From 1 November 2021, a £5 charge will apply for vehicles dropping off passengers at the designated drop-off zones, located directly outside the terminals. Discounts and exemptions will apply. Free drop-off will be available at the Long Stay car parks.

Changes to entering the UK using EU ID cards

From 1 October 2021, most EU, EEA and Swiss nationals will need to use a valid passport to travel to the UK. ID cards will no longer be accepted as a valid travel document to enter the UK, though some exemptions will apply.

    Location: The airport is located 14 miles (22km) from Victoria city centre.
    Time: GMT -8 (GMT -7 from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November).
    Transfer to the City:

    Bus services are provided by BC Transit with over 20 transfers to and from the airport daily.

    Car rental:

    Car rental companies represented at the airport include Avis, Budget, Hertz, and National.

    Facilities:

    Airport facilities include an information desk, currency exchange, telephones for the hearing and speech impaired, ATMs, a family room, cafe, lounge, retail kiosk, children's play area, and workstations.

    Parking:

    The airport has bays for long-term and short-term parking. Both lots are fully lit, patrolled by security, and have handicapped parking.
