1. This promotion is only open to persons who are aged 18 or over. Please drink responsibly.

2. Extra Points offer valid from 12:00 AM (GMT) on the 29 November 2024 to 11:59 PM (GMT) on the 31 December 2024.

3. Extra Points offer is available to all existing and new Heathrow Rewards members who meet the minimum spend threshold of £40 or more at selected Qualifying Restaurants at Heathrow as set out in the list below:

Big Smoke Terminal 2, The Oceanic Terminal 3, The Curator Terminal 3, Spuntino Terminal 3, Co-Pilots Bar & Kitchen Terminal 4, The Globe Terminal 5, and Pilots Bar & Kitchen Terminal 5.

4. For avoidance of doubt, Spend Threshold means the value of the total transaction after any store or staff discount(s) have been applied.The offer excludes Heathrow staff restaurants and outlets.

5. Extra points will be awarded on transactional value in addition to the base points awarded under the Heathrow Rewards membership. Any additional rewards promotion offered as part of the Heathrow Rewards Premium membership will not be awarded in conjunction with this Extra Points offer.

Extra Points will be allocated to each qualifying member’s Heathrow Rewards account within 30 days of the qualifying purchase. Where Extra Points do not appear within an account after 30 days, please contact Heathrow Rewards Customer Services.

6. Where any items which have qualified for this Extra Points offer are returned, the Extra Points awarded from the promotion and any base points awarded will be proportionally deducted from the members Heathrow Rewards account.

7. Heathrow Rewards physical or digital card must be presented at the time of transaction.  

8. Only one offer per transaction at each Qualifying Restaurant.

9. Where a qualifying transaction under this Extra Points offer may also qualify for any other Heathrow Rewards promotional offer, this Extra Points offer shall take precedence.
