Heathrow special assistance bus
The Heathrow special assistance bus is available to connecting passengers with reduced mobility, to help with transfers between terminals.
All our Flight Connections buses provide accessible transport to your departure terminal.
However, if you have created your own connection and need to pass through arrivals simply tell a staff member that you need to use the special assistance bus. It will call at the terminal forecourt to pick you up.
This service is provided free of charge.
